This custom made arch support is full length with a 2mm padded topcover and a 2mm forefoot extension to aid in shock attenuation.  It is a lower

bulk device to provide a better fit a variety of athletic shoes but is excellent in both midfoot support and cushioning.

It also is designed to fit in more shoes.  This device works best in athletic style of footgear.  NOTE: If there is an insole in the shoe it must be removed for proper shoe function.
